Find Your Property
Search by property ID, name, or address, then review your auto-adjusted payment schedule. Monthly payments may be higher if enrolling close to the due date, then reset and decrease for the next cycle.
Enroll & Set Up
When you're ready, click Enroll to create an account, securely add your payment method, and submit your first monthly payment. It's quick, secure, and hassle-free.
Relax & Stay Informed
EquaPay will send reminders before each payment and provide a receipt after every successful transaction. Your monthly payments are automatically processed—no more worrying about missing.
What Happens Next?
Prior to the due date, EquaPay will submit the total of your monthly payments (equal to the amount due) directly to the County on your behalf and will continue monthly billing to prepare for the next due date.
Automatic Payment
Your monthly payment is automatically charged on the 15th of each month.
